This is my third time purchasing something from furniture row, and Robert Mills was by far the best sales consultant I have dealt with everyone there has been great, but Robert took me to exactly what I was looking for And I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes I will be going back in the future for my furniture needs! Let’s not forget about the incredible deal that I got a table and four chairs for $299. I couldn’t believe it.

Salesperson was attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful without being pushy. We browsed, found what we thought we wanted but told her we needed to think about it. We called back a week later and finished the sale online Due to weather conditions, we asked them to hold it several days for us. They agreed immediately. Overall, it was a great experience.

Alana was very helpful and gave us time to browse. Once we looked around we had some questions which were quickly and confidently answered. After shopping another store or two we called back and were able to complete the purchase over text with a secure pay link. It’s how all business should be done. Looking forward to our new home office furniture!

My experience here was great. The sales rep was so thorough and helpful. He was great. The selection of furniture was ok. I chose a living room set then after going home and thinking about it I chose not to order it. It was beautiful but I’m used to bigger seats and most sets these days were more narrow. So I chose something else at a different store that I thought would work better. I’ve been looking for 3 years for furniture and it was a very hard decision for me. The set I got still didn’t have the color I wanted but it had close to the color and everything else I wanted. However the sales rep I had was so goods I hated to cancel in him. ❤️

The Denver Mattress salesman was a bit busy could have used a second person to help with the amount of customers. However that does not eclipse the very informative, and professional Erik. He answered all our questions and provided us with everything we needed to make a choice based on our needs. At the furniture portion of the store the salesperson was around enough to help us out but not pushy and gave adequate space to make our decision.
